Robt Reade holdeth by copy of court roll of the said manor one croft of land called Irons lying at the north part of the town of Earls Colne viz between the demesnes of the said manor called Oxleiz in part and the customary land of the said manor in the tenure of Hen Abbott towards the south east and the demesnes of the manor of Earls Colne called Bunners in part and another croft of land of the said Robt called towards the west the one head thereof abutteth upon the demesnes of the said manor of the Priory called Greate Barne Hawe towards the north east and the customary lands of the said manor of the Priory in the tenure of the foresaid Hen Abbott in part and in part upon a pightle of land of the said Robt towards the south and containeth 4a37p and renteth yearly for the same (481) (482)
