the under written is a true copy of the consent and agreement of the minister churchwardens and vestry of this parish to mrs Parish's faculty pew as follows we the minister and churchwardens of Earls Colne in the county of Essex whose names are underwritten do consent and agree that mrs Mary Parish of Earls Colne aforesaid with leave of the right reverend Edm lord bishop of London our ordinary which we hereby crave shall have a pew in the east end of the south aisle of the said parish church appropriate to her house called Matthews alias Princes in the said parish containing 3ft in breadth and 7ft in length the back part thereof adjoining to a pew called Hayhouse pew witness our hands at a vestry held in the said church this 7.8.1726 Thos Bernard vicar there Jn Hatch Ambrose Towers his mark churchwardens the above written was then read and published in the parish church of Earls Colne abovesaid in the time of divine service by me Thos Bernard vicar present Rich Andrews Thos Sewell Jn Newton Math Newton Oliver Johnson Jn Unwin collated and attested as above by me Thos Bernard vicar
