Fisher's recovery of his freehold to uses.6.1613 memo that about 9.6.1613 Wm Fisher conveyeth and granteth to and with Wm Beriff to perform a writ of entry for disseisin in le post against the said Wm Fisher for five pieces of land and two crofts in Earls Colne whereof the first is called Greatfield two (428a) Cotecroft third (428b) the Marshe the fourth (531a) (531b) Brownes Croft and the fifth piece is called (423) (423b) Longeland and (414) (424) the said two crofts called Bromecroft lying in Earls Colne aforesaid with all and singular their appurtenances by the name of 24a of land 5a of meadow and 15a of pasture in Earls Colne aforesaid and so suffer a recovery with a covenant that it shall be for and concerning one close of broomy land parcel of Greatfield aforesaid and one other parcel of land new sown with rye parcel of Greatfield aforesaid and of the said two crofts of land called Bromecrofts to the use and behoof of Thos Pryor of Earls Colne aforesaid and Agnes his wife and the heirs and assigns of the said Agnes for ever on condition expressed in certain indentures between Wm Fisher of the one part and Thos Pryor and Agnes his wife of the other part bearing date 10.5.1613 past before the date hereof and of the residue of the said lands to the use of Wm Fisher his heirs and assigns forever
