whereas at a view with court here held tuesday being 2.10.1571 Rich Ennewes and Jn Warde were admitted tenants of the lord in possession to separate parcels of land named together viz to one parcel of land called Tredgoldes and to one other parcel of land called Blowebarnes and to another parcel of land called Ballards and to one other parcel of land called Irons until Rich Mallary son of Jn Mallary should reach the age of twenty five years the remainder thereof after the aforesaid time to the aforesaid Rich Mallery and his heirs as by copy of a roll of the said court here in this court produced and clearly shown and whereas also at the view with court above mentioned a certain Robt Reade was admitted tenant of the lord to the reversion or remainder of the premises by the surrender of the said Rich Mallary now it is shown by the homage of this court that the above mentioned time has expired and that the said Robt Reade entered into the premises and was seised thereof in his demesne as of fee and right according to the custom of this manor and being thus seised died seised thereof and that Jn Reade is his son and next heir and of full age and should have the right to have the premises who the same said Jn Reade present here in court humbly sought admittance to the premises and because it was seen by the court that his claim was true therefore the lord by his aforesaid steward granted thereof seisin to have to the same Jn Reade and his heirs to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine etc and made fealty to the lord and was admitted thereof tenant of the lord
