and furthermore at this court it was testified by the aforesaid steward and shown by the homage that Rose Rosse widow late wife of Edw Rosse gentleman deceased after the last court and before this court viz 5.9.last surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his said steward out of court two gardens and two crofts of customary land containing by estimation 6a called Wrongs and certain customary lands called Coggesgrove containing by estimation 2a more or less and all her other lands and customary tenements held of the aforesaid manor by copy of a court roll to the use and behoof of Roger Harlakenden gentleman his heirs and assigns forever who the same said Roger Harlakenden was admitted to all and singular the premises with appurtenances in remainder after the decease of the said Rose Rosse as by a court roll bearing the date 26.5.1624 and 19.10.1633 it was clearly shown and whom the lord by the aforesaid steward now at this court admitted as a tenant in his possession
