| Hen Abbott guardian of the lands of the said Sarah | and because the aforesaid Sarah is under age viz aged 1yr or thereabouts therefore the lord granted to the aforesaid Hen custody of the aforesaid tenements until the aforesaid Sarah should reach her full age and by the aforesaid steward delivered thereof possession to him by the rod to hold from the lord by the rod etc by the rents etc without waste or strip and to return to the said Sarah an account of the rents and profits of the premises when she should reach her full age and for such custody the aforesaid Hen gave to the lord for a fine |
