was admitted tenant of the lord for himself and his heirs to one cottage with garden adjoining with appurtenances called

according as by a roll of the same court henceforth of the court now here brought and clearly shown now it is shown by the said homage that the said

after the last court out of this court surrendered the said cottage and garden with appurtenances into the hands of the lord by the hands of

instead of the bailiff in the presence of

two customary tenants of this manor the same testifying according to the custom of the said manor to the use and behoof of

his heirs and assigns forever who the same said

present here in court sought admittance from the lord to the said cottage and garden with appurtenances to whom the lord by his said steward granted seisin thereof to have to the same
