(almost illegible) whereas at a court here held monday being =.=.20Eliz1 Geo Cressner was admitted tenant of the lord for himself and his heirs to (illegible then gap) lying in Lowefield below the dwelling house in which Jn illegible text and the said Geo on one part and adjoining one croft of land called Kevitts Field as by court roll here in full court presented and shown now it is shown by the homage that the said Geo Cressener after the last court died so seised of such his estate and that Edw Cressner is his son and next heir of the body of the said Geo legitimately procreated now at this court the said Edw came into court and sought from the lord admittance to the premises with appurtenances as his right and inheritance to whom the lord by his said steward granted thereof seisin to have to the same Edw and the heirs of his body legitimately procreated the remainder thereof as in the court roll to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine as is shown in the margin and made fealty to the lord and was admitted tenant of the lord
