customary tenants of this manor to the use and intention stated and declared in his last will and testament dated

which said last will was produced here in court and by the same decreed gave and bequeathed among other things one piece of land containing by estimation about 1a late parcel of

as it lies in the said Colne viz between the land late of
Thos Christmas
and afterwards

on the part of
and the rest of the said croft of land called

on the other part towards the west one head thereof abutting upon
towards Colne Park on the south and the other head thereof abutting upon a garden
towards the north as by the metes and bounds etc and one croft of enclosed land containing by estimation all together 3a# of the same said croft of land called

lying between the land late of

and now of

towards the west and the said 1a of land late of
Lewis Jegon
late parcel of the said croft of land called

abutting upon the lane called Berecroft lane towards the south the other head thereof abutting upon the garden of

as by the metes and bounds etc to the use and behoof of

if the said

die before his full age of twenty-one years then the land and other the said premises with appurtenances should remain to the said

his heirs and assigns forever and now to this court in person came the said

and sought admittance to the said premises according to the form and effect of the said last will and testament whereupon the lord by the hands of the steward granted seisin thereof to have and to hold the said lands and premises with appurtenances to the aforesaid
