and by the same said last will here produced in court and shown by the same established and shown
and bequeathed among other things one croft of enclosed land late of
Jn Tredgolde
lying next to
Berecrofts
now called
Stulps
to the work and use of
Barth Churche
son of the said
Robt
his heirs and assigns forever provided
before the full age of twenty one years then the said croft with appurtenances should remain to
Rosamund Churche
her heirs and assigns forever and now to this court came

in person came the said
Barth
and sought admittance to the premises according to the form and effect of the said last will whereupon the lord of the said manor by his said steward granted thereof seisin to have and to hold the said croft of land with appurtenances to the aforesaid
