here in this same court produced and clearly shown after the last court surrendered the cottage and said parcel of land with appurtenances into the hands of the lord of this manor by the hands of

tenants of the said manor according to the custom of the said manor to the use and behoof of

for the term of her natural life and after her decease the remainder thereof to the use and behoof of
