at this court it was presented by the homage that Jn Izarson customary tenant of the said manor after the last court viz 7.12.1661 surrendered into the hand of the lord by the hands of Jn Lane instead of the bailiff and in the presence of Wm Adams senior and Jn Clerke two customary tenants of the said manor all that messuage or tenement called Carters with appurtenances then in the tenure of the said Jn Izarson to the wishes uses and intentions declared of to be declared in his last will and testament
