surrendered the premises into the hands of the lord by the hands of

instead of the bailiff in the presence of

two customary tenants of the manor etc to the use and intentions of his last will now at this court it appeared to the homage that the said

died before this court upon which came into court

the tenor of which concerning the premises in the following english words I do hereby give and bequeath unto

my daughter the now wife of
Wm Creake
and to her heirs forever one part or parcel of my copyhold tenement commonly called or known by the name of
Joulings
that is to say that part or parcel wherein

now dwelleth with the appurtenances that thereunto belonging
to have free egress and regress to pass and repass to carry and recarry but the said

her husband shall keep the fence next

abutting upon the

she or her heirs shall pay or cause to be paid unto
