whereas at a court here held 4.1.1659 Mary Pryor was admitted to her and the heirs of her body to one tenement with appurtenances late Jn Hay's now at this court it appeared to the homage that before this court the said Mary died so seised and that Ann Pryor and Sarah Pryor are coheirs of her body upon which at this court Ann Pryor and Sarah Pryor by Jas Pryor their father and their attorney in this part humbly petitioned admittance to whom the steward delivered seisin by the rod to have and to hold the tenement aforesaid etc to the said Ann Pryor and Sarah Pryor and the heirs and assigns of their bodies of the lord etc and they gave fine and fealty was respited
