with orchards yards and gardens and a pump pertaining and existing and one bakehouse kiln or kiln house parcel of
Joldens
now at this court it appeared to the homage that
24.10.1673
the said
Edw Potter
surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of
Jn Clarke
instead of the bailiff in the presence of
Wm Harlakenden
esq and
Jn Fletcher
two customary tenants etc a customary tenement in the occupation of
Geo Paretree
parcel of the tenement aforesaid called
Mordens
with appurtenances to the sole use of
Rich Tyler
of Earls Colne aforesaid husbandman his heirs and assigns forever who present here in court humbly petitioned admittance of the lord to whom the steward delivered seisin etc to have and to hold the said tenement etc to the said
Rich Tyler
his heirs and assigns of the lord etc and he gave the lord for fine etc
