whereas at a court here held 1.11.1653 Hen Cony and Mary his wife were admitted to them and the heirs of the said Hen to one messuage or tenement with appurtenances called Copes lying upon Colnford Hill then in the occupation of Mary Cony spinster now at this court it appeared to the homage that the said Mary Cony the wife after the last court died so seised and that the said Hen died afterwards and that the aforesaid Mary Cony spinster is the daughter and heir of the said Hen upon which came here into court the said Mary Cony spinster and humbly petitioned admittance etc to whom the steward delivered seisin etc to have and to hold the messuage or tenement aforesaid with appurtenances to the said Mary Cony spinster her heirs and assigns of the lord etc and she gave the lord for fine etc
