at a court held 19.10.1680 Rosamund Pewter now wife of Jn Pewter was admitted to one cottage late into two divided parcel of Windmill Hill with appurtenances late in the occupation of Jn Clerke now at this court it appeared that Jn Pewter and Rosamund his wife the said Rosamund solely examined etc surrendered all the premises to the use of Jn Sparrowe who was admitted and gave fine and fealty respited
