Earls Colne Robt Sebryth Thos Dikelet Colne Engaine Earls Colne heriot Jn Bovyle chaplain whereas at a court here held on the friday 14.12.3Rich2 Robt son of Jeff Corour now Robt Sebryth holds by deed(inserted) came and surrendered into the hands of the lady one croft of enclosed land with all its appurtenances lying next to Heyneslond to the use of Firmin Schropham and Margery his wife etc by the services and customs etc item now Thos Dikelet (inserted) it was shown by an inquisition that Robt Vermyn held etc one messuage sometime of Peter Trot by the services per annum of 8d and because no one took it after therefore it was presented to seize etc and to return to the lady of the profits etc item Rich Stepvene and Christine his wife solely examined came and surrendered into the hands of the lady all their customary lands in the village of Colne with their appurtenances lying in divers parcels and also all their lands lying in Colne Engaine# illegible text of a parcel with all their appurtenances which sometime were seized into the hands of the lady by reason of a purchase of the said Rich because he was the lady's bondsman to the use of Robt Wynter Jn Turnor and Jn Ballard illegible text etc to hold to the same and their heirs etc item it was shown that Rich Wryks Bovyll holds(inserted) held etc one messuage of molland by the services and customs etc there being heriot of one bullock valued at 5s and they say that Nich is son of the said Rich and sought admittance etc
