fine 12d and at this same court it was shown by the homage that Simon Levyngton and Wm Hawk came and surrendered into the hands of Jn Bukkere the lord's bailiff in the presence of Wm Kyrwyn and Thos Moore and other of the lord's tenants the same testifying according to the custom of the manor one tenement with garden called Brayes with appurtenances to the use of Robt Botesham Ralph Audele Jn Bukkere Jn Poter and Robt Kyrkeby to whom was granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Robt Ralph Jn Jn and Robt Kyrkeby and their assigns from the lord by the lord at the will of the lord and according to the custom of the manor by the ancient services and customs etc saving the ri ght etc and they gave to the lord for a fine etc and made fealty to the lord etc
