Sonnellis | fine 2s4d to this court came Hen Polein seisin in his demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor to the use of Robt Materas deceased of and in one with a garden adjoining customary with the appurtenances called Sonnylls in Colne aforesaid and surrendered into the lord's hands the foresaid tenement and garden with the appurtenances to the use of Jn Materas son and heir of the foresaid Robt Materas his heirs and assigns to which Jn Materas by the lord the king's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord the king by the rod to the will etc and he giveth the lord the king for fine etc and made fealty |
