Stable and Cowhouse | fine 4d to this court came Jn Bieston son and heir of Robt Bieston late deceased and surrendered into the lord's hands one house called Stable with the Cowhouse and one tenement builded with one garden parcel of the tenement sometime Robt Mathewes and after Thos Princes as the said Stable and Cowhouse with a garden adjoining are situate and lie between the tenement late Jn Bonjons alias Turnor and the tenement of Robt Litman of the one part and parcel of land sometime parcel of Berecroft of the other part with a way late parcel of Beerecroft with free ingress and egress to cha se and drive etc to the use of Agnes his mother late wife of Robt Bieston Wm Beald Jas Potter and Jn Wood their heirs and assigns to the use of the said Agnes to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will etc and they give for fine and made fealty |
