his heirs and assigns who present in court came and petitioned admittance and because it is found by the homage therefore he is admitted tenant of the lord to whom by the lord seisin is delivered to hold to

and
Thos Roote
their heirs and assigns to the use of the said
Wm Orvis
and his heirs and assigns by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by ancient rents and services before owed and by right accustomed and gave the lord a fine and made fealty
