one of the lord's tenants in the presence of

likewise the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one cottage with the appurtenances called
Carters
sometime in the tenure of
Jn Carter
since
Wm Elbie's
and late
Jn Reynold's
as etc to the use and behoof of
Helen
his wife during the whole term of her life to remain after her decease to
Wm
and
Xoph Ruffle
the sons of the foresaid

Eliz
and
Margt
daughters of the said
Jn Ruffle
deceased and their heirs and either of them living till the death of the said
Helen
and their heirs which
Helen
being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her assigns during the term of her life of the lord by the rod etc to remain after her decease as before etc and she giveth fine etc and made fealty
