as by the metes and bounds etc to the intent that the lord thereof so seised might regrant the said two cottages with the appurtenances to the foresaid

his son and his heirs and the lord by virtue of the surrender in the two cottages with the appurtenances so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the foresaid two cottages with the appurtenances to hold to the same
