fine Greens Tenement | it is found by the homage that Hen Pulen out of court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Adam Polleigh one of the lord's tenants in the presence of Rich Rolte likewise the lord's tenant and others the same witnessing one tenement with a curtilage called Greens Tenement in Colne aforesaid as by the meets and bounds etc to the use and behoof of Thos Polleigh his heirs and assigns who being present in court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty |
