fine     a garden parcel of Jaks Tenement it is found by the homage that Hen Pullen out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Adam Polleigh one of the lord's tenants in the presence of Rich Rolte likewise the lord's tenant and others the same witnessing one garden or orchard parcel of one tenement called Jakes lying between the tenement late Hen Pullen's called Campions and the foresaid tenement called Jakes to the use and behoof of Thos Polleigh his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and by the rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
