of old time enclosed in one croft and now enclosed in two crofts as by the meets and bounds etc to the use and behoof of

his heirs and assigns on condition that if the foresaid

his heirs executors or administrators pay or cause to be paid or the one of them pay or cause to be paid to the aforesaid

or to his certain attorney or his executor or administrator at the now dwelling house of the foresaid

situate and lying in Earls Colne aforesaid 10li of good and lawful money of England at of before
the feast of all saints 1.11.next
coming after the date of this court that this present surrender and seisin thereof delivered shall be void and of no force in the law or otherwise shall be in his full force and effect whereupon to this court came the foresaid
