and afterwards the court sitting to this court came the foresaid Robt Reade and surrendered all and singular the premises to the use and behoof of Thos Samsome and his heirs who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
