fine 3s4dit is found by the homage that Thos Spycer that held to him and his heirs one croft of customary land with appurtenances called Olivers Croft containing by estimation 2a of land or more or less as in the leet with a court here holden on monday being 21.6.10Eliz1 more at large appears surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Lewice Jegon bailiff of this manor in the presence of Thos Culverton and Wm Bunner the lord's customary tenants the same witnessing all and singular the premises to the use and behoof of Robt Reade and his heirs who being present in court came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services etc and he giveth fine and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
