fine 10sit is found by the homage that Thos Sansome that held to him and his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc one croft of customary land with the appurtenances called Olivers Croft containing by estimation 2a or more or less as in the roll with the court here holden on monday being 1.10.13Eliz1 more at large appeareth surrendered the foresaid croft with the appurtenances into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Peerson the lord's tenant and in the presence of Robt Reade likewise the lord's tenant and other credible persons the same witnessing to the use and behoof of Jn Archer his heirs and assigns which Jn by     Cockshall his attorney being present in court came and prayed to be admitted to the foresaid croft with the appurtenances to which Jn by the hands of his said attorney by the lord's steward because it is so found by the homage there is seisin thereof delivered to have and to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and was admitted the lord's tenant
