fine 20swhereas at the last court here holden on monday being 11.4.17Eliz1 it was found by the homage that Rich Sigge that held to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod etc one barn with garden adjoining with the appurtenances called Pannells as by copy of court roll here holden on monday being 19.6.12Eliz1 more at large appears out of the court and before the foresaid court here holden on 11.4.17Eliz1 surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Edw Paine instead of the bailiff and in the presence of Robt Reade and Wm Bunner the lord's customary tenants and other the same witnessing the foresaid garden and barn with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Jn Scydaie his heirs and assigns and because the said Jn nor any other for him or in his name came to the foresaid last court to take the premises out of the lord's hands and pay the lord his fine for the same the premises remained in the lord's hands until now to this court came the foresaid Jn Scydaie and humbly craved to be admitted to the foresaid barn and garden with appurtenances to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord etc
