fine 13s4dwhereas at the court here holden on wednesday being 13.3.19Eliz1 it was found by the homage that Lewice Jegon that held jointly with Eliz his wife for term of their lives the remainder over after their decease to one Jn Jegon son of the said Lewice Jegon and his heirs and assigns one cottage with a garden adjoining with the appurtenances sometime Jn Lavenham's since Robt Upcher's as in the court here holden on monday being 11.4.17Eliz1 is more at large appearing died before the same court and that the said Eliz overlived him and is now alive and that the said Jn is alive which Jn being here present in the court came and prayed to be admitted to the remainder of the premises according to the form and effect of the surrender aforesaid when it shall happen by and after the death of the said Eliz to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc
