as by copy of the roll of the same court brought and shown here in court appeareth etc now to this court came the foresaid

and in the full court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of his steward aforesaid all and singular the premises with appurtenances by the name of a tenement and garden situate in Howlestreet alias Brookestreet to the use and behoof of
Roger Marche
and his heirs forever to which
Roger
present here in court the lord by his steward aforesaid granted seisin of the premises to have and to hold to him and his heirs of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor aforesaid and by the rents services and customs therefore due and of right accustomed and he made fine and fealty to the lord and is admitted tenant thereof
