whereas at a view with court here held monday 21.6.10Eliz1 Wm Fisher son and heir of Wm Fisher was admitted tenant to himself and his heirs to 1a of customary land with appurtenances more or less lying in Longlands late Thos Potter (Thos Porter ) late parcel of a tenement called Goolds alias Cowleys as is shown by copy of court roll now it appears to the homage aforesaid that after the last court and before this court the aforesaid Wm Fisher died seised of the premises and that Wm Fisher is of full age and is son and next heir of the aforesaid Wm Fisher and he did not come to this court to take the premises out of the hands of the lord and satisfy the fine therefore first proclamation was made and they precept the bailiff of the manor aforesaid to seize the premises and to answer the lord for the profits in the next court
