have you not heard or did you not know that Roger Harlakenden did confederate consent or practice with Stammer aforesaid for the forfeiture of the interest of Xoph Sibthorpe and Edw Sibthorpe his brother in the ground and what sum or sums of money and what other things or thing were promised by Stammer or by any other for him or received by Roger Harlakenden or any for him for yielding his consent in that behalf and what bond or other assurances were made to Roger Harlakenden or to any other to his use for performance of the covenants rent or rents or otherwise for the saving him harmless from the granting of a new lease what do you know therein think or as you have heard
