know present and future that we Jn Keme of Jn Potere of White Colne and Wm Carter of Colne Engayne do release and demise and by this our present deed confirm to Joan late wife of Steph Bageruk of Earls Colne one croft of arable land situate in Earls Colne (390) viz between the king's highway leading from Earls Colne aforesaid towards Cogishale on the one part and land called Litelreycroft on the other part one head thereof abutting upon the land sometime Thos Webbe's the other true head thereof abutting upon the land called Mochylreycroft as indeed the croft of land late of the gift and grant of Wm Parker Jn Bayle miller and Wm Baker together with Steph Bageruk Robt Awdele Wm Thurkeld now deceased to have and to hold the aforesaid croft of land with all its appurtenances to the aforesaid Joan her heirs and assigns of the chief lords fee there by services then owed and of right accustomed forever in witness whereof to this present deed we set our seals with these witnesses sir Wm Nobele vicar of the church of Earls Colne aforesaid Wm Kirlvene Jeff Bukwelle Jn Bakker Wm Clerk and others given at Earls Colne aforesaid 27.4.14Edw4
