At a court 23.6.1852 the death of Wm Gardiner was proclaimed, but no one has since appeared to acknowledge tenure. Eliza the widow of Peter Gardiner has a life interest in the property. The rent continues to be paid by the tenant - now Wm Pilgrim maltster
