Copyhold of Earldom - quitrent 1d1h Jos Monk 13.6.1838 surrender of Jos Hagen Dell devisee in trust of Ann Wenden to her moiety and the executors of Susan Wenden in whom was the other moiety - of premises on Colneford Hill parcel of a tenement and 20p of land on Colneford Hill called Morses or otherwise - viz. to all that dwelling-house and butcher's shop, slaughter house, stable etc. with the joint use of a well belonging to the said premises

1796 Ann Wenden ( Pond ) wife of Sam death of her mother Ann widow of Jos Pond to moiety

1796 Susan Wenden ( Pond ) wife of Dan death of the same to the other moiety
