Jn Guyon Wenden 28.8.1852 on surrender Wm Wiseman who was previously admitted at same court on forfeited conditional surrender of Francis Wright - to several tenements on Colneford Hill - being parcel of the premises to which 18.1.1808 and parcel of waste to which he was admitted 1810 viz four tenements with garden etc. lying westward of the other parcel belonging to Lydia Porter

1844 Francis Wright death of wife Eliz
1852 Wm Wiseman in forfeited conditional surrender Francis Wright
1852 compromised the fine between Wiseman and Wenden under circumstances of the case for £35 - Francis Wright paid in 1844 - £28
