Lawrence Gylot and Peter Gylott holdeth of the lord as of this manor to them and to their heirs by copy of court roll by the lord's grant one house builded upon parcel of the waste soil of this manor containing in length 7rod and half and in breadth at the one head thereof 7rod and at the other side one head thereof abutteth towards the south east and the other head thereof abutteth towards the south west and lieth in length between the highway leading from Colne aforesaid towards Halstead of the one part towards the north east and to the lands of Thos Leffingwell of the other part towards the west by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 12d payable as is aforesaid and by the yearly rent of one capon payable at new years day (445) as appeareth in the court rolls of this manor 28Eliz1 and also one tenement called Firmyntylers late of one Eliz Clarke and before of one Jn Leffingwell by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 2s2d
