whereas at a view with court here held 6.10.1610 Jn Reade was admitted tenant of the lord for himself and his heirs to one parcel of land called Tredgolds and to one other parcel of land called Blowbarnes and to another parcel of land called Ballards and to one other parcel of land called Irons as by a roll of the aforesaid court produced in court it appears now at this court it is shown by the homage that the aforesaid Jn Reade after the last court and before this court viz 7.12.1633 surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Thos Jekill instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jas Pennocke and Dan Lea two customary tenants of the aforesaid manor the same testifying according to the custom of the aforesaid manor among others all those lands called by the separate names of Tredgolds Blowbarnes Ballards and Irons or by whatever other name they are called to the use and behoof of Rich Walker of Great Maplested his heirs and assigns forever to whom present in court the lord by his steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have the aforesaid lands and parcels of lands with appurtenances to the aforesaid Rich Walker and his heirs and assigns forever to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine etc
