Princes | it is shown by the homage that Jn Church gentleman before this court and after the last court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Simon Ive instead of the bailiff in the presence of Edw Cressener gentleman and Dan Lea two customary tenants the same testifying according to the custom of the said manor one customary tenement called The Stable with the Cowhouse and one tenement built with garden parcel of the tenement late of Thos Prince as the said stable and cowhouse with garden adjoining are situated and lying between a certain tenement of Jn Bynjohn alias Turner and of a tenement late of Robt Lytman on one part and a parcel of land late parcel of Barrecrofte on the other part with a way late parcel of Barrcrofte leading towards the said Barrcrofte with free entry and exit to carry and drive etc to the use and behoof of Toby Cressener gentleman his heirs and assigns to whom the same said Toby Cressener present here in court the lord by his said steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have to himself the aforesaid Toby his heirs and assigns forever to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents customs and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he made therefore fine and fealty to the lord and was admitted etc |
