and furthermore at this court it is witnessed by the said steward and shown by the homage that Rose Rosse widow late the wife of Edw Rosse gentleman deceased after the last court and before this court viz 5.9.1634 surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his said steward one messuage or tenement and barns stables yards and gardens pertaining to the said messuage and 26a of land 3a of pasture and 1r of meadow with appurtenances called Curds and three crofts of land containing about 15a called Barmansfield Rounses and Pellsland lying in Boormanfields and all other customary lands and tenements held of the said manor to the use and behoof of Roger Harlakenden his heirs and assigns forever Roger Harlakenden was admitted to all and singular the premises with appurtenances as surrendered by the said Rose Rosse according as is clearly shown by the court roll dated 25.5.1624 and another dated =.10.1633 and which the lord now at this court by the said steward granted the said Roger Harlakenden his tenancy in possession
