| fine 12d | at this court out of court Thos Prodeman surrendered into the hands of Thos Bonyll bailiff in the presence of Roger Mordon and Ralph Preston and other of the lord's tenants two cottages with appurtenances one cottage called Brasiers and the other cottage called Brays as they lie between a messuage of Robt Kyrton on one part and a messuage of Jn Keler on the other part to the use of Cath late wife of the said Thos and Thos son of the same their heirs and assigns to whom the lord now at this court granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Cath and Thos their heirs and assigns from the lord at the will of the lord by ancient services and customs etc saving whatever rights and they gave to the lord for a fine etc and made fealty to the lord |
