customary tenants of the manor the same witnessing according to the custom of this manor one piece of land late parcel of the waste of this manor containing 1r2p lying besides Windmillhill in the town of Earls Colne aforesaid viz between the garden called Cloppehams of the part of the south and the highway there on the part of the north one head thereof abutting upon the green there toward the east and the other head thereof abutting upon Windemillhill toward the west to which he was admitted in right of inheritance as son and heir of the said

his father as appears in the court of this manor here holden in
