whereas at a view with court here held saturday 9.6.35Eliz1 Edith Leffingwell was admitted tenant to herself and her heirs to a messuage once Jn Humfrey situate and lying in Earls Colne aforesaid by copy of court roll as shown in this court now it appears to the homage aforesaid that after the last court the aforesaid Edith in full seisin of the premises died and that Alice wife Nich Pierce and Joan Leffingwell are her sisters and next heirs who the same present in court are delivered the seisin to hold to themselves and their heirs of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor aforesaid by the rents services and customs before due and of right accustomed and they made their fines and fealty and were admitted tenants
