at this court came Robt Rookes and present here in full court showed a warrant and asked that it be enrolled in the court the tenor of which follows in these words be it known to all men by these presents that I Roger Harlakenden esq lord of the manor aforesaid have licenced and by these presents do give full power licence and authority to Wm Fisher of Buers St Mary in the county of Suff yeoman to fell stub and take two oaken bollings or pollingers standing or growing upon any part or parcel of his customary or copyhold lands holden of my said manor and the same to employ upon the reparation and amending of the tenement called The Hayhouse situate in Earls Colne aforesaid and holden of my said manor by copy of court roll and these presents to be enrolled at my next court to be holden for my said manor shall be unto him a sufficient warrant in that behalf given under my hand and seal at Colne Priory this 10.4. by Roger Harlakenden
