and whereas mrs

by her last will and testament dated
17.11.1733
did give and bequeath unto the overseers of the poor of the parish 300li to be laid out by them as soon as might be after her death in the purchase of lands of inheritance and willed that the rents and profits of the lands when purchased and the interest of 300li till the same should be laid out in the purchase of an estate in land should be yearly distributed by the overseers of the poor of the parish for the time being from time to time in such proportions as they shall think proper to and amongst such poor person and persons inhabitants of this parish who do not receive alms of the parish and of her said will appointed sir
