Now in two or three tenements - with shop etc. Some occupier of these premises made a doorway from the back yard, opening onto the adjoining premises, then belonging to mr Jn Walker now the driftway from the street onto the new Glebe No. 463 (463) (463a) (463b) but there was no right of way - and Joseph Linnett gave mr Walker an acknowledgement to this effect and paid him 6d per annum as long as it should be so used. I know not whether this is continued - The driftway belongs to the Glebe - vide admission of Sam Sadd to the adjoining premises on surrender of Jn Walker
