This is the parcel of Mitchells Farm surrendered to J.N. Hunt by Sam Towle in 1812 - as described in the admission of Wm Phil Honywood esq on surrender of Wm Jenkins 1849 The other parcel of Mitchells was surrendered by Sam Towle to Jane Mackenzie now wife of Geo Mead in 1812 - see rent roll under that name page 128. The quitrent on the whole was 8s it was apportioned on the division 1812 in equal moieties
